Subjects for Scholarships: Nutrition, agriculture, medical sciences, chemistry, food sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, veterinary sciences

Ghent University, Belgium has a two years Master of Science programme in Nutrition and Rural Development: The main subject is : Human Nutrition. This main subject has 2 Majors: Public health Nutrition and Nutrition Security and Management

The prospective students should have Bachelor and/or Master degree with good overall score. It is also recommended that the prospective students has some practical experience.

The applicants during their Bachelors or Masters studies should have studied and passed the following courses:
1) mathematics and (bio-)statistics, 2) chemistry (anorganic + organic) and physics, 3) Biochemistry and (human) physiology, 4) computer sciences.

The applicants also must have a good knowledge of English language and have done English language tests such as IELTS or TOEFL.

Deadline is 1 February 2012

The scholarships provided covers tuition fees, living expenses and airfare.
